Types of Data and Collection Methods
We receive data that you actively submit through the Services ("Data") as described below.

hc1 provides online tools that our Customers use to communicate and operate aspects of their businesses. These include tools for data analytics and communications. In providing these Services, hc1 processes data our Customers submit to our Services or instruct us to process on their behalf.
Purposes of Data Processing
hc1 processes data submitted by Customers for the purpose of providing Services to our Customers. To fulfill these purposes, hc1 may access the data to provide the Services, to correct and address technical or service problems, to respond to customer support matters, or to follow instructions of the hc1 Customer who submitted the data, or in response to contractual requirements.
Third Parties Who May Receive Data
hc1 uses a limited number of third-party service providers to assist us in providing our Services to Customers. As of the date of our privacy policy, hc1 does not share personal data with third parties.
If hc1 elects to contract with third parties for the performance of Services, hc1 will maintain contracts with these third parties restricting their access, use and disclosure of personal data in compliance with our EU-U.S. DPF Principles obligations, including the onward transfer provisions, and hc1 remains liable if they fail to meet those obligations and we are responsible for the event giving rise to damage.
